Smile Makers Dentistry is Looking for an expanded functional dental assistant who can work with our excellent team. Pay ranges depending experience. Monthly bonus range $500- $1,500.
We are a single doctor, privately owned dental clinic not affliated with any corporates/DSO. Most of our team members were here more than 4+ years and we are ready to add our newest team member!
As an EFDA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dental team and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice. Your duties will include assisting the dentist during procedures, restore prepped teeth, polishing teeth and making temporary crowns, preparing treatment rooms, taking x-rays, sterilizing equipment, educating patients on oral hygiene, managing patient records. To excel in this role, you should have experience with electronic health record systems like Dentrix, knowledge of vital signs monitoring and patient assessment, familiarity with medical records management, ability to assist the dentist during procedures, competence in using Dentrix or similar software, understanding of HIPAA regulations, and familiarity with medical imaging technology for dental diagnostics.
