Your Role: Clinical Dental Assistant
As our Clinical Dental Assistant, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, working closely with the doctor to ensure high-quality care and a WOW patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing treatment rooms for patients following prescribed procedures and protocols.
Welcoming and seating patients with a friendly and caring demeanor.
Providing information to patients and their families about our advanced treatment options.
Taking necessary diagnostic records, including CBCT scans, digital scans, and photographs.
Entering and managing patient information accurately in the patient chart.
Scheduling follow-up appointments and ensuring patient compliance with treatment plans.
Educating patients on how to use appliances and perform exercises to support their treatment.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical area.
Adhering to infection-control policies and OSHA protocols to protect patients and staff.
Assisting with the sterilization of instruments and ensuring the proper operation of clinical equipment.
Supporting front office tasks and participating in community outreach events.
Delivering Exceptional Patient Service: Providing top-tier service is key to our practice, and we are excited to train you to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
What Weâre Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional certification or education, is a plus.
Dental Assistant Certification (required in some states, can be obtained after hire).
Radiology and CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA protocols.
A proactive and adaptable attitude with a focus on patient care.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 â 40 per week
