Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. Duties
Assist the dentist during various procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
Take and record vital signs of patients as needed, ensuring accurate documentation.
Prepare and maintain instruments and materials for dental procedures, adhering to infection control protocols.
Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with patients and staff.
Operate advanced dental technology, including 3D scanners, to assist in diagnostic and treatment planning.
Support various specialties including prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and general dentistry as required.
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices tailored to their specific needs.
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques is highly desirable.
Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and medical terminology is essential.
Understanding of infection control practices within a dental setting is required.
Experience with 3D scanners is an advantage but not necessary; training will be provided.
Exposure to various dental specialties such as prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and general dentistry is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $22.81 - $23.88 per hour
