Job Description
Job OverviewWe are urgently seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare to patients.
Duties- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs- Take digital x-rays- Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications- Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assistant program- Knowledge of medical coding and terminology- Familiarity with dental assisting procedures in areas such as endodontics, oral surgery, pediatrics, and general dentistry- Proficiency in using dental software systems like Dentirix- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
