Position Summary:
The Dental Assistant is an integral member of our dental team, providing essential support during various general dental procedures. What we offer:

$27-35 hourly, based on level of experience
Monday - Thursday
Medical/Vision (at 2 months)
In House Dental (at 2 months)
PTO (after 1 year)
40 hours of sick time (immediately)
401K (after 1 year)
4 Paid Holidays (1 Per Quarter)
One Day of Birthday Pay (in the month of your birthday)
Life Insurance

Responsibilities:

Assist our dentists during procedures, including dental implants and cosmetic treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions.
Maintain patient records and ensure efficient workflow in the dental office.

Requirements:

Dental Assistant Certification or relevant experience.
3+ years of experience preferred
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Surgical Dental Implant experience, a strong plus
Dentrix experience a plus
