Job Description
Join our friendly, dedicated team at our private dental practice in Dayton, OH as an Associate Dentist! We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment that encourages continuous staff skill development. Compensation: $200,000 - $350,000++/year, 32% of revenue collections, Guaranteed Daily Rate $700-1K/day
Opportunity & Practice Details:
Type: Private general dentistry practice in-network with only 2 insurance providers
Schedule: 3-4 days/week, M-W/Th)
Health Insurance: 50% of the premium covered by the practice
Continuing Education Stipend: Includes a Spear online account
Operational Support: Working with 4 columns (2 EFDA/Restorative and 2 Hygiene)
Relocation Stipend: Available for the right candidate
Facilities: Two upscale offices in the Dayton, OH area equipped with cutting-edge, state-of-the-art technology.
Ownership: Two current owners, with one retiring soon.
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Credentialed as a "Delta Premier" provider
Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred, not required. Recent grads welcome.
Specialty skills in root canals, orthodontics, or any surgical procedures
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
