What Youââ¬â¢ll Do
Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures, including implant placement, bone grafts, sinus lifts, endodontic treatment, Botox, lip filler, and other advanced and standard dental treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Educate patients on post-treatment care and empower them with the knowledge they need to maintain optimal oral health.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using advanced dental software.
Monitor and manage dental inventory to support efficient practice operations.
Build trusting relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.

What Weââ¬â¢re Looking For
Current certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Arkansas.
Experience in a dental practice with exposure to advanced procedures and patient-centered care.
Knowledge of implant placement, bone grafting, sinus lifts, endodontic treatment, Botox, lip filler, and other advanced dental treatments (preferred but not required; training is available).
Strong knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization protocols, and chairside assisting techniques.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
The ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
Proficiency in dental software and openness to learning new technologies.
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and a passion for exceeding patient expectations.
