Location: James Burton DMD, Lynchburg, VA


Hours:


Monday - Thursday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM - 1:00 PM


Pay: $14 - $15 per hour

What You’ll Do:


Be the welcoming face of our office, greeting patients with a smile
Manage phone calls with excellent etiquette and a positive attitude
Schedule and confirm appointments, keeping our day running smoothly
Maintain patient records and handle office correspondence
Assist with billing and insurance claims
Keep our front desk area organized and presentable
What You'll Bring To The Table:

Who We’re Looking For:


At least 1 year of experience in a dental or orthodontic office
A friendly, positive, and upbeat demeanor
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A fast learner who is eager to grow and take on new challenges
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
