Associate Opportunity in Scottsboro, Alabama
A premier dental practice in Scottsboro, Alabama is seeking a qualified Associate Dentist to join their team on a Monday – Thursday, 8:00 – 5:00 schedule. The hiring doctor is well-known and established within the community and has recently expanded with a new location in Scottsboro, where the newly hired associate will be placed. This office has four (4) equipped operatories and two (2) hygienists on staff.
The ideal candidate would be looking for a long-term fit with the practice where they will be given an opportunity to excel and eventually buy-in to the practice. The ideal candidate would also have a few years of experience and would be able to produce $70,000+ monthly. Compensation will be a combination of a daily guarantee of $600 or 30% of collections – whichever amount is greater.
Requirements:

Doctoral DMD DDS from an accredited school of dentistry
Alabama Dental License or willingness to acquire
Growth mindset stepping into and leading a new office
Comfortable producing $70,000 monthly
Experienced with Implants and Root Canals
