Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team, in a beautiful riverfront office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing dental cleanings, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Duties

Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy.
Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technology.

Qualifications

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Proficient with Local Anesthesia, patient care techniques, and general dentistry practices.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
