The Smile Institute positions itself as an out-of-network premier dental practice with advanced dental procedures, modern equipment and best customer care. We provide patients and our staff with enough time for each procedure, so that we can achieve quality dentistry and communication with our patients. The Smile Institute is currently looking for an inexperienced sterile tech to start on their journey on becoming a great dental assistant:
SCHEDULE: Monday to Wednesday: 7:30am to 3pm or 5pm (1 hr lunch)/
LOCATION: 25355 N Lake Pleasant Parkway, Unit 103, Peoria, AZ (Lake Pleasant community; N Lake Pleasant Parkway & Happy Valley)
Your primary responsibilities will be:
· Perform sterilization and disinfection procedures, as well as routine maintenance of dental operatories and equipment
· Assist doctor in day-to-day dental procedures and be able to explain treatment to patients
· Organize supplies
· Attend regular team meetings and team training
· Establish life-long relationships with patients
· Establish retention and patient loyalty through exceptional communication
