Job Description

Looking for an assistant for our North Scottsdale Oral Surgery Office. We need someone who can prepare and discharge patients undergoing surgical dental procedures with local anesthetic or IV sedation. We are a family friendly office who values a positive work environment with the staff and your input. Our field can be stressful, but working with each should not be! We are looking for someone who is willing to help team members without asking and will take care of patients like they would their family.
We would prefer experience, but are willing to train the right candidate. We will also provide reimbursement for educational expenses related to oral surgery.
If you are in general dentistry or nursing and are looking for a change, please apply, as our field is a combination of medical and dental.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-sterilization of surgical instruments
-break down and set up rooms
-xrays including CBCT's
-pre and post op patient preparation
-placing IV's
-assisting in surgeries, monitoring vitals, discharging pts
-stocking rooms/keeping inventory
Requirements:
-Current BLS certification
-x-ray certified
-high school diploma
