Dental Lifeline Network is seeking applicants for a full-time (40 hours/week) Donated Dental Services (DDS) Coordinator. This is an office, phone-based position, located at our office in Helena, MT.

DLN is a national charitable organization whose mission is to change the lives of America’s most vulnerable adults through our coordinated system of care. We accomplish our mission by developing and coordinating collaborative relationships that provide essential resources for direct-service programs, especially charitable care.
As a Coordinator, you evaluate if new applicants are eligible for care, help new applicants get the care they need, coordinate ongoing care, and work hand-in-hand with volunteer dentists who provide this care. You provide case management for those in our program who are disabled, elderly, or medically fragile, and work closely with volunteer dentists to find care.
Requirements:

Experience working with vulnerable populations such as people with disabilities, developmental disabilities, persistent mental illness, or the elderly.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
Ability to work independently, be goal-oriented, and have a high degree of organization.
Proficiency in different computer programs, such as Microsoft Office products in Windows operating systems.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, other human services field or equivalent experience.
No prior Dental experience is required

Compensation: $20.60/hour, depending on experience.
