Full-Time Dental Hygienist Position
$5,000 Signing Bonus!
Location: Fusion Dental - Eldersburg, Eldersburg, MD
Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 8-5. Tuesday and Thursday 7-4
Fusion Dental - Eldersburg is seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time basis. If you are a compassionate and skilled hygienist with 4+ years of experience and are comfortable working with patients of all ages, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including comprehensive cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive care for patients of all ages.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and answer any questions regarding their oral health.
Accurately document patient records, charting, and treatment recommendations.
Assist in identifying and managing periodontal conditions, and work with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and sterile working environment.

Requirements

Active Dental Hygienist license in Maryland.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a dental hygienist.
Proven ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, from young children to older adults.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient education.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage time effectively.
CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Experience in periodontal therapy and patient education.
A collaborative and team-focused attitude, with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Familiarity with dental software and digital charting (experience with Dentrix is a plus).
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of a growing practice.
