Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students and facilitating their learning experience. You will play a key role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them achieve their academic goals.
Duties

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide academic advising and mentoring to students
- Utilize educational technology platforms such as Google Classroom
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and curriculum development
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in higher education teaching

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment
- Experience working with diverse groups of students
- Ability to provide academic advising and mentorship to students
- Excellent lesson planning abilities to deliver engaging and interactive lessons
- Knowledge of higher education teaching methods and curriculum development

Job Requirements

- Active RN or LPN license in Alabama OR 5+ years of EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Surgical Technician, Dental Assisting or Patient Care Technician
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and empowering future healthcare professionals

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.61 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
