WHO WE ARE:
We are a small specialty dental practice operating since 2002. We focus on customized, high quality dentistry and customer service. Pace is slower than a big or corporate practice. Doctor is a prosthodontist.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Multi-tasking, team oriented, proactive, reasonably good with computers. The person also must excel in costumer service and more important than anything, have good communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS (ideal, but not required)
1-2 years experience in dental field
Spanish
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assisting the Office Manager in all duties of front desk including making appointments, running certain reports, collecting payment, seeing insurance claims, checking application Weave on phone or computer, mailing, etc. At times, person may need to help in clinical site, turning rooms or helping with sterylization.
SCHEDULE
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday approximately between 8:30AM and 5:00PM
COMPENSATION:
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications ($20-$24/h). Salary will be reviewed at six months for potential increase. The company offers growing opportunity.

WHEN ARE WE HIRING:
We are looking for somebody who can start on January 6th, in person.
TRAINING:
A 2 -day training session prior to start is required and paid.
