We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk duties of our dental office, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, greeting patients, and providing administrative support to the office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients as they arrive for appointments
Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Verify insurance information and enter patient data into the computer system
Collect and process patient payments and manage patient accounts
Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and front desk
Other administrative duties as assigned by the office manager or dentist
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a dental office receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 ââ¬â 38 per week
