Job OverviewWe are growing! We are a family orientated office that offers business hours of 7am-3:30pm. We are looking for a compassionate person who is willing to go above and beyond for patients!
Duties

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are prepared and readily available.
Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage sterilization of instruments and maintain an aseptic environment in the treatment area.
Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and perform receptionist duties as needed.
Conduct basic medical imaging as required for diagnostic purposes.
Monitor vital signs of patients before, during, and after procedures.

SkillsThe successful candidate should possess the following skills:

Proficiency in taking X-rays and understanding medical imaging techniques.
Strong understanding of dental anatomy to assist effectively during procedures.
Familiarity with prosthodontics to support restorative dental work.
Experience in dental receptionist duties for effective patient management.
Competence in applying aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment.
Basic knowledge of medical coding related to dental procedures.
Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently alongside the dentist.
Capability to monitor and record vital signs accurately.
