Revive Family Dentistry is hiring! Our progressive, luxurious, and state-of-the-art dental office in Grand Prairie, TX, is looking for an experienced and exceptional Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Essential Functions and Experiences
Assists dentist chairside with dental procedures
Takes dental radiographs
Independently takes alginate impressions, pack retraction cord, and make provisional restorations
Independently place sealants
Prepares dental lab scripts for dentist in a timely manner
Assist in keeping inventory and ordering of office supplies
When needed, answer office phone calls and schedules appointments
Schedules patient recare and follow up appointments
Supports marketing initiatives that help drive new patient growth
Experience working in a dental office
Familiar with Open Dental Software or similar practice management software
Understands dental terminology
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Has experience in taking digital radiographs
Has experience making provisional restorations in anterior and posterior areas
Has experience packing retraction cord and taking alginate impressions
Has experience in working with adults and children
Certified in placing sealants and coronal polishing
Other duties as assigned Knowledge Skills and Abilities
One year of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
Experience taking digital radiographs.
Experience with Open Dental Software or similar management software
Bilingual in Spanish and experience working with digital scanners is a plus
Certification in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring is a plus Core Competencies Customer Service
