Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing various dental procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments and progress.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote overall health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Stay updated with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Skills
Proficient in general dentistry practices and techniques.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy.
Experience with medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with patients.
Ability to perform dental extractions and root canal therapy effectively.
Strong communication skills to explain treatment options clearly to patients.
Ability to work well within a team environment in a busy dental clinic setting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
