Job Description
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team- Assist with event planning and coordination- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
Skills:- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills- Proficient in administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and managing paperwork- Experience with office management software and tools- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail- Knowledge of event planning principles and ability to assist with event coordination- Proficiency in order entry systems or software- Strong organizational skills for calendar management
This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The Front Desk Manager will be the first point of contact for guests, so a friendly and professional demeanor is essential. Attention to detail is crucial for managing administrative tasks effectively. The ability to multitask and prioritize is important in this role. The Front Desk Manager will also need strong organizational skills to manage calendars and assist with event planning.
