Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. The Dental Assistant will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a sterile environment, all while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and available.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Record patient medical history and vital signs accurately.
Maintain aseptic techniques to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups.
Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records using dental software systems like Endovision.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions and documentation.
Collaborate with the dental team to enhance the overall patient experience.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED; we welcome candidates eager to learn and a great attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
