We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team for a full time position for our dental practice in the Cherry Hill Area.
This position requires 2-3 years dental experience.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar- Verify insurance information and process insurance claims- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
Skills- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care- Previous experience in a dental clinic is preferred
