We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for patient education, a high level of clinical expertise, and the ability to foster a comfortable and caring environment for our patients. We provide a minimum of 1-hour adult prophy appointments with more time as needed for patient’s needs along with a full hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance.
Perform oral health assessments and take digital X-rays as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate effectively with dentists and other team members to provide top-notch care.

Qualifications:

Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Massachusetts.
CPR certification.
Proficiency with dental software and digital radiography.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A patient-focused attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
