Job OverviewA dental office in Plano is looking for an assistant with AT LEAST two years of dental experience. The candidate needs to be friendly, dependable, and a team player. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures.
Responsibilities- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
Skills- Familiarity with dental software systems, particularly Dentrix.- Knowledge of infection control standards and practices within a dental setting.- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
