Job Description
Are you a dental superstar ready to bring your skills and compassion to a thriving, forward-thinking team? Weââ¬â¢re searching for a skilled, empathetic professional who can shine in both clinical and administrative roles while making patients feel truly cared for.
As a key member of our collaborative healthcare family, youââ¬â¢ll be a source of comfort, support, and expertise. Youââ¬â¢ll assist with diverse clinical tasksââ¬âpreparing patients, maintaining instrument sterilization, managing dental X-raysââ¬âand respond seamlessly to the fast-paced nature of dental and medical emergencies. Your ability to combine precision with calm efficiency will make a meaningful impact every day.
The perfect fit for our team will be someone who thrives on attention to detail, boasts exceptional hand-eye coordination, and demonstrates stellar communication skills. Bonus points if you can weave a little humor into patient careââ¬âhelping to keep spirits high even in the presence of dental tools!
Your mission includes championing the core principles of clinical excellence: visualization (isolation techniques), minimization (efficient movements, process simplification, and resource conservation), and productivity (proactivity and provider-focused support). Itââ¬â¢s no small task, but we know youââ¬â¢re up for the challenge!
In addition to your clinical expertise, youââ¬â¢ll bring exceptional multitasking abilities, seamlessly balancing tasks, priorities, and deadlines. Whether itââ¬â¢s contributing to a team meeting, assisting with office operations like answering phones or unpacking supplies, or supporting colleagues, youââ¬â¢ll embody the spirit of teamwork with grace and adaptability.
Weââ¬â¢re not just looking for a dental assistantââ¬âweââ¬â¢re looking for an indispensable asset. Youââ¬â¢ll bring a high school diploma or GED (required), strong computer skills, and handwriting as clear as your patient care notes. A CODA-accredited dental assisting certification and at least five years of hands-on experience are preferred, while additional qualificationsââ¬âlike certifications in Radiology, Sealants, Coronal Polishing, or fluency in multiple languagesââ¬âare welcome bonuses.
Above all, weââ¬â¢re searching for a kind-hearted, positive professional with an infectious sense of humor and a commitment to continuous growth. Our patients are at the heart of everything we do, and we need someone who can offer gentle, compassionate care while keeping a positive attitude.
If this sounds like you, we canââ¬â¢t wait to meet our newest dental hero!
