Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate restorative dentist to join our implant dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. Our practice is an All-on-4 practice. This role requires the dentist to restore the all on 4 prosthesis, taking records, doing consults, and doing general dentistry work as well. Dentist does not need to be knowledgeable in all on 4 dentistry, I will be able to train and mentor you through your first couple of cases. Looking for a dentist would enjoy dentistry and the esthetic of dentistry.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to restorative dentistry, and restoring all on 4 procedures
Maintain accurate patient records using dentrix and ensure all medical terminology is correctly documented.
Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance patient care.
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and post-treatment care.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in medical terminology, dental terminology, and infection control practices.
Experience with patient care and assessment techniques.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Commitment to providing high-quality dental care in a compassionate manner.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
