What You’ll Do:


For Experienced Chairside Assistants:


Assist the doctor during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring efficiency.
Take and process X-rays, create impressions, and manage intraoral scans.
Set up and break down rooms, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with sterilization protocols. Educate patients on post-op care and dental health practices.


For Sterilization/Hygiene Assistants:


Manage instrument sterilization, organization, and operatory stocking.
Assist hygienists during cleanings and exams, providing seamless patient care. Flip rooms between patients quickly and efficiently to maintain the schedule.


General Responsibilities for All Assistants:


Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
Track and manage surgical and clinical supplies, reporting inventory needs to management. Assist with lab coordination, case delivery, and follow-up on patient treatment plans.


What We’re Looking For:


Licensed RDA or willingness to obtain certification.
