About Us: We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, from young children to adults. Our services include preventive dentistry, fillings, root canals, surgeries, clear aligner therapy, veneers, and implants.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Chairside RDA who is eager to join our team and work in a dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate should bi-lingual, at least a few years' experience working with OpenDental, CBCT, Scanners, X-rays with positive attitude, a commitment to punctuality, and a willingness to learn and teach others. This person must be coachable to work according to practice standard procedures but at the same time willing to work independently without any assistance.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during various dental procedures
Provide care to patients of all ages
Should be able to work independently and know how to make temps, chord packing, restorations, assist in surgical procedures
Wiling to learn and teachable.
Perform tasks related to preventive dentistry, fillings, root canals, surgeries, clear aligner therapy, veneers, and implants
Use OpenDental, Flex, Planmeca CBCT, Emerald and Trios or iTero - Scanners, and SprintRay 3-D printer

bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification, OSHA, CPR and Nitros will be a plus

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (rarely)
