Responsibilities:
Assist with pediatric dental procedures, including sedation, orthodontics, coronal polishing, and surgical support
Provide exceptional chair-side care, ensuring our young patients feel safe and comfortable
Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families
Qualifications:
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)
Sealant Certification and CPR Certification required
Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred for assisting with translations for Spanish-speaking families
Must follow CDC and OHA COVID-19 guidelines
Compassionate, gentle, and excellent at building rapport with young patients and their families
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Benefits & Compensation:
Work Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 7:30am- 5:30pm
Flexible Hours: Full-time (5 days) or part-time (3-4 days) available
Competitive Hourly Rate based on experience
