Job Description
EARN UP TO $150 PER HOUR!!! We are looking for a dental hygienist who can work in our office full time. We run an efficient and accelerated hygiene schedule with competent and skilled assistants. We are bursting at the seams and want to begin a new program to help us help more hygiene patients get in the door sooner. We encourage our staff to offer solutions to issues or feedback. We are a team that supports and works together to thrive and educate our patients on oral health and to consistently increase our new patients and retain our long term patients. We work hard to remain a premier dental office while providing the best benefit package and bonus potential expected of a top performing dental office which includes up to $150.00 hr. potential along with health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, PTO time, vacation time, monthly bonus, 401K, CE courses and uniform allowance along with all necessary and expanded PPE for a safe work environment. We look forward to adding additional team members who are looking for a flexible schedule and great people to work with! We have flexible schedules between 8am and 8pm and some Saturdays. We do require at least 2 evening shifts and 1-2 Saturdays. We have increased our benefits package to include a higher hourly rate for seeing more than 1 patient per hour, additional benefits including referral pay for team members you recommend to us that accept employment, education pay and much more! Requirements
Education/Experience:
Associate degree or bachelorâs degree from an accredited school with a current state license and at least one year experience in dealing with the public in a consumer services area that requires excellent phone skills and greeting people in person. CPR and first aid training, as well as knowledge of radiation safety, is mandatory.
