Our compensation structure is competitive and based upon the amount of effort you put in (If you are looking for a high hourly rate but not motivated by bonuses or like to watch the clock then this job will not be a good fit for you). We offer a base hourly rate plus the potential to earn a monthly performance pay that directly correlates with the amount of office-wide production done that month. Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

Prepare patients, sterilize or disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, prepare materials, and assist the dentist during dental procedures.
Take and record medical and dental histories, treatment information, and vital signs of patients.
Take digital x-rays, facial scans, and photos.
Provide postoperative instructions and care prescribed by the dentist.
Be fully trained and proficient in assisting in every type of surgical and clinical procedure from fillings and cosmetic repairs to extractions, traditional dentures, implants and more.
Possess the ability to multi-task and work at an incredibly fast pace using critical-thinking skills to problem solve and adapt. If this is not the type of environment that excites and motivates you, you will not be happy at our practice.
Ability to understand, process and implement new information quickly and effectively

Required Skills/Abilities:

Know and practice Cialdini’s Principles (If you do not know it, please review it before we teach you)
Live within a 40-minute commute to Corsicana, TX
Superior customer service, patient-focused, and needs-based sales skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
