We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
Clinical Operations:
Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient flow.
Coordinate treatment planning and scheduling, working closely with dentists and patients.
Manage and train dental assistants to maintain high standards of patient care.
Front Desk Management:
Manage the front desk team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient administrative tasks.
Handle patient scheduling, insurance verification, and billing.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and motivate the dental team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Identify training needs and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Encourage professional growth and development among team members.
Business Development:
Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to attract new patients.
Assist in implementing strategies to increase patient retention and satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage practice expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental field.
At least 1 year of management experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in dental software and technology.
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
