Responsibilities Include: Scheduling patient appointments, Answering phones promptly, Greeting patients warmly as they check in, Verifying patient insurance information, Responding to and sending emails, having great customer service skills, A positive and professional "can do" attitude, Dental experience preferred. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations to create a welcoming environment.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
Assist with medical collections by processing payments and handling billing inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with dental terminology standards.
Support office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.
Collaborate with dental professionals to facilitate effective communication regarding patient care.
Provide administrative support for dental coding and documentation as needed.
Skills
Strong administrative skills
Familiarity with dental terminology and coding practices is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in front desk operations, including handling phone calls and managing patient inquiries.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude towards patients and staff.
Experience in a dental clinic setting is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
