Job Description

We’re searching for an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant to provide support to our fast-paced dentist’s office. You’ll be responsible for supporting our dental staff, helping prep for examinations and procedures, obtaining dental records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring our patients leave our practice with a smile. Compensation:
$25 - $28 hourly Responsibilities:

Inform patients about proper oral health care to prevent infections after dental procedures
Make sure each patient has the most up-to-date and accurate dental records by recording their information after every visit
Walk patients through a good oral health care regime so they can maintain a healthy smile
Sterilize and layout dental instruments and get all equipment ready, such as x-ray machines, anesthetics, and impression materials, to prepare treatment rooms for examinations and dental procedures
Qualifications:

Expanded Duties Dental Assistant certificate
Prior EDDA work experience
Cerec and Open Dental Knowledge
Have the ability to give patients exceptional care and service
Basic data entry and computer skills
Superb multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills
