Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing exceptional support to our dental team and care to our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing the necessary instruments and materials.
Taking dental radiographs
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Manage patient scheduling and assist with front desk duties when required, including answering phones and handling patient inquiries.
Utilize 3D scanners for imaging when necessary.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with General dentistry, endodontics, Implants or other specialized areas is a plus.
Proficiency in using dental equipment and tools, including 3D scanners.
Understanding of dental assisting protocols and best practices.
X-Ray Certified
ICE Certified

Day shift
Rotating weekends
