Job Description: Dental Front Desk Receptionist with Social Media Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and tech-savvy Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the front desk operations while also supporting the practiceââ¬â¢s social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong multitasking skills and a flair for engaging content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming environment.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software.
Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls as needed.
Verify insurance information and assist with pre-authorization processes.
Collect payments, provide receipts, and maintain accurate patient accounts.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary materials.
Social Media and Marketing Duties:
Create, schedule, and post engaging content for the practiceââ¬â¢s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Collaborate with the team to highlight services, promotions, and patient success stories (with appropriate permissions).
Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring timely responses.
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements to increase online visibility.
Assist in designing newsletters or email campaigns for patient outreach.
Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.
Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, scheduling apps).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative eye for design and knowledge of current social media trends.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 ââ¬â 32 per week
