We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant/Dental Assistant to join our team for a full time position Tuesday through Saturday.. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental assisting, aseptic techniques, and knowledge of dental office procedures. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic dental practice.
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures- Set up and breakdown treatment rooms- Take dental radiographs (x-rays)- Manage patient records and documentation- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant- Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental software- Familiarity with medical imaging procedures- Understanding of HIPAA regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Certification in Dental Assisting preferred
