Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-time/Full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, patient assessment, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and oral examinations.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to aseptic techniques.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
Requirements
Valid Dental Hygienist license in accordance with state regulations.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental procedures.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to dental care.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff professionally.
Bilingual a plus
Schedule will be:
Thursday: 9-5pm (1 hour Lunch)
Friday 9-3pm
Saturdays 9-1pm
Additional hours and days can be offered depending on the schedule. We can definitely discuss your availability if these days do not work for you.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
