We are seeking a passionate and experienced dental hygienist to join our friendly, close-knit team in a general practice setting!
We are seeking an exceptional RDH who thrives in a team-oriented environment, prioritizing both excellence in care and a positive patient experience. Our warm and welcoming dental office provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a comfortable environment. We prioritize patient education and building trusting relationships. As a one-dentist practice, you'll work directly with the dentist, ensuring a collaborative and efficient patient flow.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough oral health evaluations, including periodontal assessments and screenings.
Develop and implement individualized patient hygiene plans based on specific needs.
Assist the dentist with various procedures, adhering to all safety protocols.
Maintain a high level of clinical competency through continuing education to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.
Provide clear and concise patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventative measures.
Foster a positive and efficient patient experience by effectively managing concerns and answering questions with clear communication.
Contribute to a collaborative and professional dental environment by adhering to best practices and maintaining a sterile treatment area.

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Hygienist with a valid state license
Minimum 2 years of experience in a general dentistry practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
