Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.
Duties
Assist the dentist during various procedures
Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready for use.
Take and record vital signs as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage sterilization of instruments and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Support four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients to provide comfort and address any concerns.
Qualifications
Experience as a Dental Assistant is required.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is essential.
Familiarity with medical imaging technology and 3D scanning is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients and team members effectively.
A commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Our office hours are :
Mon/Weds 6:30am to 4:00pm Tues/Thurs 8:30am to 5:30am
Hours can vary based on patients needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 29 ââ¬â 32 per week
Schedule:
No weekends
Work Location: In person
