Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of dental appointments, ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the office.
Responsibilities:
Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with patients to confirm appointments, explain procedures, and address any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Assist with dental insurance processing and billing as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the dental hygiene area.
Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and infection control standards.
Provide administrative support to the dental hygiene department, including managing supplies and equipment inventory.
Checking in and out patient's throughout the day as needed.
Help patients get the best experience here in our office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.66 - $18.00 per hour

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
Spokane, WA 99202: Relocate before starting work (Required)
