Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology, as well as the ability to handle medical records and documentation accurately.
Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental clinic's calendar effectively.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
Handle patient inquiries regarding treatments, insurance, and billing information.
Assist in managing patient flow within the clinic to ensure timely service delivery.
Support dental staff with administrative tasks as needed, including coordinating with dental assistants during procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are stocked and available for patient use.
Utilize dental software for record keeping and appointment scheduling.

ExperienceCandidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Familiarity with medical records management and general dentistry practices.
Knowledge of medical documentation processes relevant to dental care.
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Understanding of anatomy knowledge related to dentistry, including pediatric dentistry concepts.
Experience with aseptic techniques is beneficial for assisting during procedures if needed.
Proficiency in using 3D scanners or other dental technology is a plus.
