Job Description
We are a busy, state-of-the-art dental practice located in Sunnyvale, CA. We are looking for a driven and team-oriented front office personnel with exceptional phone and customer service skills. Must have previous dental experience with dental terminology, dental insurance and treatment presentation. Additionally, must have excellent computer skills and we will provide on the job training for our dental software.

Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls for information on dental procedures and scheduling appointments
- Insurance Verification, billing and following up with insurance companies to ensure that claims are paid on time
- Preparing and presenting treatment plans to patients
- Marketing and promoting the practice to bring in new patients
Required Skills:
-Detail oriented, tech savvy, highly energetic, multi-tasking ability
-Effective communication skills, the ability to maintain a good rapport with patients and
staff members and conflict resolution experience
Experience:
2 years in Front office role at dental practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
