We are looking for a full-time dental receptionist and benefits coordinator to add to our dental family. Our ideal candidate is a bright and detail oriented individual that is looking for a great office to grow, dedicate their skills, personality and have a passion in helping patients with a friendly smile. This is an ENTRY LEVEL position, with no glass ceilings. We can train you to learn all aspects of dentistry for anyone looking to get into a career in the dental field. You will be an important member of the team working with our talented dental providers that are dedicated to serving our patients. Job Responsibilities Professionally and enthusiastically answer phone calls, emails and texts messages Opening and closing procedures Verification of dental insurances Check in and check out patients with warmth and professionalism Efficiently Schedule appointments Treatment Coordinating Administrative tasks Be capable of communicating sensitive information to patients, such as treatment and cost while maintaining Hipaa obligations Social Media Content
