Job Description

Our practice is seeking to hire a full time registered Dental Hygienist, although depending on availability, part-time may be considered as our main goal is to find the perfect fit for our practice. The office hours are Monday through Thursday.
You would be joining one other other full-time hygienist to manage the hygiene department. We take pride in allowing our hygienists full autonomy for patient care. This includes control over time needed with each patient to provide the best care possible. We have pride in our hygienists and value their professional opinion in what is needed for each patient. Our hygiene department is run smoothly, compassionately and cohesively.
At our practice, we use up to date, modern technology to provide exceptional patient care. Our highest priority is to be patient focused, providing the best experience from the patient's initial check in, until the time they leave. Our team supports each other both professionally and personally and aims to create a flexible work-life balance for each employee. Everyone works well together to help each other out and keep the flow of the office running smoothly. Our doctor is unreserved in showing their appreciation for every staff member and making every patient feel well cared for.
We offer medical benefits, 80 hours vacation pay, retirement 401k plan , as well as paid holidays and sick time. Pay scale will be determined, based on experience and qualifications. Will consider relocation package for the right candidate.
Requirements:

Degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program
Valid WA state dental hygiene license
CPR certification
Proficient in using dental software and digital radiography systems
Strong knowledge of oral health procedures and practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other dental professionals
Attention to detail and ability to provide gentle patient care
Commitment to continuing education and staying up-to-date with industry advancements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
