Job Description
Dentologie is seeking full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team(s) at our South Lake Union and Ballard practices! Our Ballard practice (1836 NW Market St, Seattle, WA 98107) is located in a neighborhood with rich cultural history and a vibrant food scene - all just a stone's throw away from the marina. There is ample parking within the neighborhood surrounding the practice, as well as nearby Wallingford and University District Metro stops. Our South Lake Union practice (124 Westlake Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109) is located just across the way from Denny Park and its abundant, green walking paths. The office is a short walk away from a few different transportation stations and has plenty of metered parking available surrounding the building along with a parking garage connected to the building for easy access. Schedule:
Monday (Ballard): 7:30am-2:30pm (patients scheduled 8am-2pm)
Tuesday (Ballard): 12:30pm-7:30pm (patients scheduled 1pm-7pm)
Wednesday (SLU): 12:30pm-7:30pm (patients scheduled 1pm-7pm)
Thursday (SLU): 7:30am-2:30pm (patients scheduled 8am-2pm)
Friday (SLU): 7:30am-3:30pm (patients scheduled 8am-3pm)
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care in all dental periodontal services in which you are licensed to perform.
Assist dentist chairside during examinations.
Provide a 10-star Patient experience.
Contribute positively to an engaging corporate culture.
Prepares instruments and materials for procedures for your patients.
Make patients as comfortable as possible in the dental chair.
Instruct patients on pre/post-operative procedures and provide oral health education including at home care.
Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations, periodontal charting as well as planned treatment.
Monitor daily supplies for restocking.
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following periodontal procedures as well as other dental treatment procedures completed by dentists.
Follow infection control protocol by preparing and sterilizing instruments, equipment, and ops.

Clinical knowledge, skills along with patient care.
Prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
Registered Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited program.
Active Registered Dental Hygiene license within the state of Washington.
Local Anesthesia certified.
