We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and education to our patients, supporting the overall mission of our team to promote oral health and hygiene. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients.
Apply preventive materials to the teeth, such as sealants and fluorides.
Anesthetize patients for Periodontal Procedures as needed.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental checkups.
Assist in identifying areas of concern and collaborate with the dentist to develop treatment plans.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of services provided.
Monitor and manage infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
Stay updated on the latest dental hygiene technologies and techniques.
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Current state licensure to practice dental hygiene.
CPR certification.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
