Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team and ensuring a positive experience for our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties

Assist the dentist during various procedures, including endodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry.
Prepare and maintain the dental operatory, ensuring all instruments and materials are ready for use.
Perform medical imaging and utilize 3D scanners as needed for patient assessments.
Document patient medical histories and maintain accurate medical documentation.
Take vital signs and assist in monitoring patients during procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Manage sterilization of instruments and adhere to infection control protocols.
Support the front office with scheduling appointments and managing patient records as needed.

ExperienceCandidates should possess the following skills:

Proficiency in dental terminology and four-handed dentistry techniques.
Familiarity with medical imaging technologies.
Experience in endodontics, pediatrics, or general dentistry is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in medical documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
