Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to patient care, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral hygiene evaluations.


Educate patients on proper oral health techniques and preventative care.


Conduct oral cancer screenings and take digital X-rays as needed.


Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.


Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.


Ensure a clean, sterilized, and organized environment in compliance with OSHA standards.


Build positive and professional relationships with patients to encourage continued care.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Tennessee.


Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.


Proficiency in using dental software and digital X-ray equipment.


Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.


Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


CPR certification (current or willing to obtain).
